From Rifle
Head north on Highway 13 and take a right at Highway 325.
You'll head through the Rifle Gap State Recreation Area entrance - tell the attendant you're passing through to Cedar Mountain.
Head into the park, to Sage Creek Campground.
Go north through it and onto the BLM access road 8042 and continue until you reach Cedar Mountain.
